is a guy from another timeline (which is just our timeline) who got transported into this timeline via the Keenanenkel phenomena, trend of people crossing over into the opposite timeline when they're supposed to have died. This scrambled his brain, which was at first interesting to the TVC15 research institute, but they let him go after shortly after notcing nothing new.
